Terms and conditions of villa holistika
Arrivals and departures:
Arrival at Villa Holistika is from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. However, it is always a good idea to arrange a time slot together.
In the event of late arrival, after 8.00 pm, we kindly ask you to inform us by telephone or e-mail.
Rooms must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
Booking and cancellation conditions :
Our rates are based on one or two people per room. Breakfast is included in the room rate.
All our rates are expressed in euros and include VAT and tourist taxes. Invoicing and payment are in Euros.
The balance of the stay must be paid on arrival.
At the time of booking, a deposit equal to 50% of the total cost of your stay will be required to confirm your reservation.
BALANCE PAYMENT :
Invoices can be paid in cash, by credit card (MasterCard, Visa) or American Express. Bank cheques are not accepted.
In case of cancellation :
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, no charges will be deducted and the deposit will be returned within 30 days (unless you book exclusively with the guest house, in which case it will be retained in full).
Between 29 days and 8 days, the deposit will not be returned.
Less than 8 days before your arrival, the full amount is due and will be cashed after deduction of the booking deposit.
In the event of early departure, the service remains due until the final date of the reservation.
PRIVATISATION:
Privatizations are available on request and by quotation. In the event of privatization of the property, specific cancellation conditions will apply.
RESPONSIBILITY:
The installations and equipment made available must be used in accordance with their ordinary purpose. They are under the responsibility and custody of the customer as soon as he takes possession of them. The customer assumes full and complete responsibility. Any equipment not returned or any damage will give rise to the payment of repair costs.
Please note that our establishment declines all responsibility in the event of theft from your room, as you are the sole holder of the unique key giving access to it.
All equipment on site, and in particular towels and bathrobes, must be returned before your departure, failing which a charge will be made.
Bathrobe: €100.00

Ashtrays: €30.00
LENGTH OF STAY :
The customer signing the present contract concluded for a fixed period may under no circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay.
USE OF PREMISES :
For your comfort and that of future guests, the gîtes and guest rooms are non-smoking.
Please respect the designated smoking area and ashtrays located outside the villa, away from the pool terrace area.
CAPACITY :
Gîtes and chambres d'hôtes are designed for two people.
If the number of occupants exceeds the number of guests indicated at the time of booking, we reserve the right to refuse additional guests.
Any modification or breach of contract will be considered at your initiative.
However, additional guests may be accepted (in certain accommodations) only with the prior agreement of the manager at the time of booking, subject to payment of the price of the stay per additional person (15 Euros per day per additional person).
ACCESSIBILITY:
- Unfortunately, the Villa and Lofts are not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
- The Villa is exclusively reserved for adults.
PET-FRIENDLY :
Pets are not allowed.
INSURANCE :
The customer is responsible for all damage caused by his or her own actions. You are required to take out holiday insurance to cover these risks.
Insurers often include this coverage in your home insurance policy at no extra cost.
DISPUTE :
Any dispute or claim relating to these terms and conditions of
reservation or cancellation will be brought before the competent French court.

Please note that this privacy policy may be amended or supplemented at any time by Villa Holistika, in particular in order to comply with any legislative, regulatory, case law or technological developments. In general, you can visit the Site without communicating any personal information about yourself. In any case, you are under no obligation to transmit this information to Villa Holistika. Nevertheless, in the event of refusal, you may not be able to benefit from certain information or services that you have requested.

Villa Holistika is likely to process your Personal Information:

4. Shelf life
Your Personal Information is kept by Villa Holistika only for the time corresponding to the purpose of the collection as indicated in 2 above, which in any case may not exceed 24 months.

6. Right to rectify data

8. Response times
Villa Holistika undertakes to respond to your request for access, rectification or opposition or any other request for additional information within a reasonable period of time not exceeding 1 month from receipt of your request.
9. Authorized service providers and transfers to countries outside the European Union
Villa Holistika informs you that it has recourse to its authorized service providers to facilitate the collection and processing of the data you have communicated to us.
